The MFT Program at USJ is geared toward evidence-based practice that is grounded in clinical and relational theory. Our program outcome goals are to prepare competent practitioners and active scholars by providing students with solid core knowledge about MFT. Advanced courses build on this core knowledge with the most up-to-date approaches to therapy with individuals, couples, and families. USJ students are also active in CTAMFT, including annual conference volunteers, research poster presenters, and scholarship/award recipients.
