The IT team will be upgrading the Student Information System (Jenzabar J1) to ensure the best data security and new compliance features are maintained as we move into the new calendar year. The system (Jenzabar & MyUSJ) will be offline beginning on Wednesday the 7th of January at 6 a.m. and will take approximately 6 hours to complete. Once the upgrade is complete and verified as working and stable, we will send a communication out that the system is once again available for use.

Any other technical assistance you need during this upgrade can be obtained through the IT ServiceDesk by using the MYIT page, emailing ServiceDesk@usj.edu, or calling x5310.
