  • Official sealed Master's (M.S.N.) transcript from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 3.2
  • Certification form documenting previous master's-level clinical experience signed by the previous school's program director
  • Copy of valid nursing license
  • Three letters of recommendation with cover sheet
  • Personal essay
    • Describe your clinical interests and why you want to pursue your Doctorate in Nursing Practice
  • All immunization records as required by the University and Department of Nursing
  • At time of admission, a certified background check is required
