Password Reset Tool

We have redesigned our password reset tool to be easier to use!  The new tool allows you to:

  • Change your password from anywhere
  • Reset your password if you’ve forgotten it
  • (NEW) Unlock your account if it becomes locked
    • After unlocking your account you will need to reset your password

 In order to gain access to the new features, you will need to re-register with the system:

  1. Visit https://mypassword.usj.edu
  2. Log in with your USJ username and password (leave “log on to:” as STJOSEPH)
  3. Click the Enrollment tab
  4. Answer the two supplied questions and enter two more of your own

You must enroll and supply answers to 4 questions in order to be able to reset your password or unlock your account in the future.

We hope this tool is easier to use and improves upon what was provided last year.



NEW!! MyUSJ Login Procedure

The Office of Information Technology has been working to try to reduce the number of usernames and passwords you need to remember.  Last summer we transitioned Blackboard to use your USJ email address and password to login.  This summer we’ve been working to make the same change with myUSJ.  One less password for you to remember makes life a little less complicated on campus!

Beginning on Tuesday, August 23rd, 2016 your password to log into myUSJ will be the same as your email password.  Your username will remain the same (your USJ email address).

If you login to MyUSJ with something other than a USJ email address, you will continue to login with your existing credentials (until you receive a MyUSJ email address.)  This change only impacts those who login using their USJ email address as their User Name.

All full-time undergraduate and students in the School of Pharmacy will have a charge on their USJ student account for the annual student insurance premium (rates below).  Full-time students in the Program for Adult Learners and any Graduate students living on-campus are included in this requirement.  Students who are currently enrolled in a comparable plan may decline by performing the annual online waiver here.  Please be advised that the credit will not post to your account on a real-time basis.  However, the earlier you perform the waiver, the earlier a credit will appear on your account.  The final waiver deadline is September 15th, 2016.  If you do not qualify for or complete a waiver by the deadline, you will be enrolled in the plan.

Undergraduate Insurance Fee:  $2,030.00
Pharmacy/Graduate Insurance Fee:  $2,393.00

Those who will be enrolling can find plan materials posted at the same web site. Materials for the 2016-2017 plan year are posted on the Gallagher Student Health web site.


NOTE: When you visit the Gallagher Student Health web site for the first time you will be asked to create an account. This is entirely separate from your USJ account and you do not need to use any USJ affiliated passwords or user names.

If you are a full-time undergraduate, a School of Pharmacy, or a Graduate resident student, please log-in to MyUSJ and click here; or navigate to the Student Life tab and click the Activate Student Insurance Enrollment Form (on the left side of the page) and complete/submit the online form.

The USJ community has access to MyUSJ.
 
To log on, use your University of Saint Joseph email address as your User Name, and your email password as the Password, and click the Login button.

Forgot your password? If you use your USJ email account to login to MyUSJ and have registered for the Self Service Password reset service, click here to reset your password.

If you don't use a USJ email address to login to MyUSJ, enter your User Name and a Password (even if it's not the correct password), and click the Login button. On the screen that displays, Click the "I forgot my password" link, and then click the Send New Password button. A new password will be sent to the email account on file for the account within a few minutes.

To request a room or event click Request a room or eventPlease allow 48 hours for processing.

Once on the Astra Home page do the following:
1.  Click on Request an Event
2.  Enter the title of your event
3.  Select the appropriate form
4.  Fill in the form
5.  Click submit request.
