The objectives of this program are to involve the students in community based-agencies/programs and to give them opportunities to learn about issues/problems faced by the people served by the agencies/programs.

Examples of break experiences students have participated in include: working on an Indian Reservation in northern Maine, building homes for Habitat for Humanity in Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Texas, and "Mercy in the City" where students have the opportunity to serve in our local community.
