Understanding Your Degree

Your Advising Worksheet, also known as you DAR (Degree Audit Report) allows you to track your process toward completing degree requirements including CORE/General Education requirements. Your Advising Worksheet is used by USJ to determine your eligibility for graduation, so it is important that you check it regularly to make sure it is accurate and you are taking classes that move your forward in your degree.

The following links will help you understand and access your Advising Worksheet (DAR), access your four-year plan for your major, and understand the CORE/General Education Requirements:

Transfer Equivalencies from Other Colleges (TES)

On the TES  page, learn about how new USJ students transfer in classes taken through another college, including during high school (ECE), or current USJ students can get approval to take a classes at other colleges that will fit into their USJ degree.

If you are a current student considering leaving the University of Saint Joseph, please see your advisor first for the steps needed to follow regarding an "official" withdrawal from USJ, which includes completion of this form.
