  • Successful completion of the following prerequisites: a basic Nutrition course, Biochemistry, and Physiology. These must be from accredited colleges or universities. Each of these courses may have a prerequisite depending on where they are offered. These must be completed with a B or better to be eligible for matriculation
  • Two letters of recommendation with cover sheets from professors or professional colleagues
  • A letter of intent stating the reason for wanting the degree, the courses of interest, possible transfer courses to be brought into the program, and what the student will be bringing to the program
